Ricky has over 30 years of experience in construction project management. He is responsible for site supervision, liaison with Engineer on the geotechnical issues and checking the in-situ test results and ground investigation reports.

Chow Ming has over 35 years of experience in Civil Geotechnical Works and Ground Investigation Works. He is a Works Branch Approved Site Agent and Works Branch Approved Geotechnical Field Technician. He is responsible for all day-to-day fieldwork operations of Lam Geotechnics and supervises all technical, quality, health and safety matters and client contact.

SK Li has over 40 years of experience in construction project management, quantity surveying and cost control. He is experienced in geotechnical contracting, site investigation and geo-environmental investigation works, with the overall management responsibilities in technical, financial and commercial planning.
