Environmental Assessment and Study
Environmental Assessment and Study
LES keep track on the latest development of environmental assessment criteria and models and collaborate with specialists of various disciplines to provide best-fit assessment and study on the predicted impact on air and ventilation, noise and transport, water quality and drainage, waste management implications, land contamination, ecological and landscape resources.

In order to address complicated issues and challenges on the environment assessment, our services includes preparation of formal submission to governmental authorities for approval; supported with assessment/study reports; liaison with project architect and engineers, consultation with stakeholders and interested parties.
Environmental Monitoring and Audit
Environmental Monitoring and Audit
LES integrate qualified professional, field and laboratory teams to provide Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) and Independent Environmental Checker (IEC) services for large-scale construction projects as required under the statutory environmental impact assessment (EIA) or contractual EM&A briefs.

Various environmental monitoring including Air Quality (Particulate Matter, Gas), Noise and Vibration (Air-borne and Structural-borne from construction, commercial and industrial facilities, Continuous Noise Logging, Octave Band Analysis), Water Quality (physical, chemical and biological parameters) and other services including landfill gas monitoring, ecology, landscape and cultural heritage monitoring are also available.
BEAM Monitoring
BEAM Monitoring
LES serve a number of registered BEAM Plus projects for construction of residential, commercial, educational and government buildings. Additional support on environmental documentation and submission preparation are also offered.

Based on the project specification and site setting, our team evaluate and review the potential environmental impacts and propose for effective programme for monitoring and implementation.
Water Treatment
Water Treatment
LES has developed core experience in physical, chemical and biological water treatment technology since 2003. With hand-on expertise in Microfiltration (MF) and Ultrafiltration (UF) processes to meet the challenge of decreasing water supplies, increasing operational costs, and worsening effluent pollution of limited water resources, we offers reliable, robust and cost effective MF/UF solutions for water and waste water treatment.

LES membrane system are being extensively used by the HK Government to recycle toilet sewage for flushing for a number of remote toilets in HK with environmental objectives on zero discharge and water conservation.
Green Technology
Green Technology
LES represents HotRot of New Zealand and Susteco of Sweden for providing comprehensive organic waste composting in the HK and China markets. We offer design, build and operate solution to the organic waste disposal to reduce the operation cost and lessen the burden of existing landfills.

HotRot™ is the brand name of a continuous in-vessel composting unit capable of recycling most types of organic waste, namely food residues and green waste. It incorporates sensing devices and odour extraction system with microprocessor control for treating municipal scale input. Susteco offers small-scale electric composters widely adopted by real estate, facility management and schools in Europe and can be easily retrofitted into existing commercial facilities and premises. Both in-vessel composting systems are odourless, fully automated systems, being promoted on the EPD waste reduction website.
