Location and Project
The works mainly comprise ground investigation for the development of Kai Tak Sports Park. The works were commenced in April 2019 and took about 17 months to complete.
Scope of Works
The ground investigation work includes rotary drilling and in-situ testing, including interface and full-coring. Drilling and samplings were extended to a maximum depth of 150m. In-situ testing were carried out accordingly. Piezometers and standpipes were installed to monitor the underground water level within site boundary.
